Manufactured using machinery imported from Taiwan, these nuts are ideal for hydraulic fittings, automobile tube end connections and fuel injection tubes assemblies. Each and every nut undergoes laser-based auto sorting as well as thorough visual checks for the utmost reliability. Count on these tube nuts for secure and long-lasting connections. Size range is up to 24 mm A/F.

Cold Formed Nuts have following advantages over Machined Nuts

1. High degree of reliability ensuring zero failures on account of cracked nuts.
2. Fatigue life, Tensile Strength, Yield Strength & Shear strength increases due to cold working.
3. Improved surface finish which not only gives better looks to the nuts but improved life & greatly helps sealing where ferrules are used. Typical Roughness values of various surfaces are as follows:

• Machining : 10 to 15 microns Ra
  
• Grinding : 1 to 10 microns Ra
  
• Cold Forming: 0.3 to 3.5 microns Ra

Our state-of-the-art plant includes imported station cold formers, die thread rolling machines, tapping machines for rolled as well as machined threads, Laser based Auto-sorting machines for inspection and an in-house continuous barrel plating plant for Zinc plating.
